Simply charge the EZX Bulb Changer and attach the right adapter. Position it near the bulb, grip it securely, and activate the tool to unscrew the bulb. No ladder needed! Recharge with the included cord for continued use.
Please wear your Safety Glasses; bulbs can break!
1. Attach the EZX Bulb Remover to a standard “Painters Pole” suitable for your ceiling height.
2. Turn on the LED power switch on the side of the EZX. If the LED light does not illuminate, please charge the EZX.
3. With Remote in one hand, press the “A” button on the transmitter to activate the EZX.
4. To remove the bad light bulb, raise the EZX Bulb Remover and place the EZX suction cup in the center of the light bulb. Press the EZX lightly against the bad light bulb. The EZX will grab the bulb.
5. Turn EZX and bulb counterclockwise to unscrew it; lower the bulb.
6. Securely grab the old light bulb with your hand and then power down the EZX. To release the old light bulb, either press the “B” button on the transmitter or turn off the EZX with the power button. The bulb will release in a few seconds.
7. Turn your light switch to the on position so that you can see when the new replacement bulb is securely in the socket and lit.
8. Activate EZX with the power switch on and Transmitter “A” button depressed. Press the new replacement bulb onto the EZX suction cup.
9. Screw the new light bulb clockwise into the socket.
10. Press the “B” button on the transmitter; wait a few seconds and the EZX suction cup will release.
11. Turn off the LED power switch! You did it!
12. Secure the transmitter to the EZX. Don’t lose the transmitter!
